Ingredients

15 mins
500 grams
  • 250 gramsMakhana
  • 50 gramsCashews cut into half
  • 50 gramsBadam cut in half
  • 100 gramspeanuts
  • 50 gramsraisins
  • 2 tablespoonsoil or ghee
  • 1/2 tspof powdered sugar
  • to tasteSendha salt
  • Halfteaspoon Black pepper
  • 3-4green chillies finely chopped
  • Few curry leaves (if you eat during fast)

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan or kadhai. Add ghee or oil. I have used ghee. Add nuts accept raisins. Fry for 2 mins on low flame till golden. Take out in tissue.

    Now add raisins. Fry them for one mins. Take out in a plate.

    Now fry green chillies and curry leaves.

    Now roast makhanas on low flame till they aur crispy. Keep stirring it.

    Now add every thing together and mix well.

    Switch off the flame and add salt pepper and powdered sugar. Mix well.

    You can serve same time or of you want to store let it cool down and keep it in Air tight container. Enjoy the namkeen during Vrat.
