2large potatoes
1 tspcoriander seeds
1 tspkalonji seeds
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspturmeric
1 tspred chilli flakes
3/4 tspsalt
1 pinchyellow food colouring
2 tbspoil
2 cupswater
1 tspcornflour

In a pot simply put all the ingredients together except cornflour

Switch on the stove and cook until potatoes are tender
3

Once tendered add dissolved cornflour very slowly to achieve desired consistency

Serve hot with pooris
