Steps

In a bowl, grease with Ghee, spread single layer of chole, then rice with same process spread 2 or 3 layers.

Pour 1 spoon Ghee, you also can take tampering ghee by adding cinnamon and bay leaf. Make sure chole should be dry.

Seal the bowl with Knead flour so that it's packed properly. Hot the tawa for 5 min put this bowl on hot tawa until sealed flour looks hard.

For veg raiyta : whisk the curd by adding some water, chopped onion, tomato and cucumber in small piece.

Add this chopped veggies in curd bowl, top up with salt and black pepper.
