Ingredients

  • 5cloved garlic minced
  • 1 tsppreservedbblack bean minced
  • 500grm ribs
  • Halftsp sugar
  • 2 tbspwine

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry ribs until golden brown.Then place at the side of the pan.Then add garlic and blackbean mix keep frying.Then add one cup of water wine sugar and cover simmer until the sauce reduced.
