  • Cooked cow tail
  • 2 cupsgrounded groundnuts
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Onion
  • 1 cuppalm oil
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Pepper
  • Gloves
  • Locust beans

Steps

    Get your palm oil and preheat, add your onions, locust beans thyme, curry, pounded ginger, scotch bonnet, pepper and gloves, and fry

    Get your blended groundnuts and add to the ingredients, add seasoning cubes and salt. Get your chopped vegetables rinse it with water containing salt, add to your cooking pot and allow it cook for 3 minutes

    For the pounded yam. Yam and water

  4. 4

    Get your pam peel off the back cut and rinse, get your pot add your yam and water and allow it to cook, after cooking you pound
