1 tspAsian 5-spice powder
1/2 tspallspice
1/2 tspdried thyme
1/2 tspground nutmeg
3/4 tspsalt
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/2 tablespoonvegetable oil
2.5-3 lbschicken
