Soak sabudana for one hour. After that drain water add boiled potatoes and mix well

Then add singhara atta, chopped chillies,salt, water if required & make dough.

At this stage make shape like vada or tikki. Heat oil in a pan fry these vadas one by one.

Transfer in a plate and serve with nariyal chutney. Very nice snacks for navratras.
