Boil the chana dal.Fry the paneer pieces in refined oil. Same oil add cumin seeds, red chili, ginger paste, chopped green chili, turmeric powder, salt, mix it well.

Now add chopped tomato, cumin powder, and some water, mixed it, and then add boil chana dal. Add sugar and salt, cook for 5mints then add paneer pieces and chana masala &garam masala, boil again for 2 minutes.

Now add coriander leaves and the tasty dal paneer is ready to served.
