This salad is always a life saver when you have guests you want to impress, it's 100% healthy, very delicious and so easy to prepare, just add the ingredients layers and it's ready !!

Boil separately with salt then rince the rice, broccoli, potatoes, eggs.

After grating and cutting all the ingredients to small cubes or just slices, add the raisin to the rice.

Prepare your sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, add some water to make it more smooth.

Start your layers: on the serving dish, add the lettuce as a base, the grated carrots in the sides and the rice and raisins in the middle, pour some sauce on top, add the potatoes, broccoli, cucumber, and the cheese, add some sauce on top, the mango, peach, avocado, shrimp, smoked turkey, Surimi, eggs, corn and mushroom and some sauce again ! Voilà ! Bon appétit 💌
