Cut the potatoes into slices or dices do the same with the onion. Then fry them with olive oil.

Beat four eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

Take out the fried potatoes and the onion out of the frying pan and add to the eggs. Mix up.

Add a spoon of oil to a frying pan. When the oil is hot add all the eggs with the onion and the potatoes.

Move the pan so the omlette doesn’t stick to the pan. Then put to medium fire. And cook.

Then get a plate and put in on top of the frying pan and turn around and cook the other side of the omlette.
