Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 1/4 cuppeanuts
  • 2-3 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspjeera
  • pinchhing
  • to tasteSalt
  • As required Green chillies
  • 1Grated ginger
  • FewCurry leaves
  • As per taste Lemon juice
  • 2 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the sabudana for 6hours and then remove it in a strainer.

    Roast the peanuts and Peel it, then crush it coarsely.

    In a pan, heat oil, then add jeera, hing follwed by curry leaves, ginger and gren chillies

    Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Serve it hot.
