Ingredients

5 to 10 mint
1person
  1. 1/2 cupmilk
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbsp oats
  4. 1/2banana mashed
  5. 1/2apple cut in cubes
  6. 1 tbsp pomegranate
  7. 4-5almond chopped
  8. 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  9. 1 tsp chia seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bowl milk add oats and chia seeds

  2. 2

    Now add mashed banana turn off the flame add fruits and nuts
