When I crave for something crunchy spicy and tasty and made in no time then I choose this spicy moong daal bites..this is my all time favourite snack with hot cup of tea and this is healthy too.

When I crave for something crunchy spicy and tasty and made in no time then I choose this spicy moong daal bites..this is my all time favourite snack with hot cup of tea and this is healthy too.
Steps

Wash the daal and soak for 15 mins

On the other hand finally chop potato, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves

Now seprate the daal from water and let it sit for 5 mins so all the water goes out

Grind the daal without adding water and take it in a bowl. Now add all the chopped veggies and add salt, red chilli, heend, jeera and baking powder. Keep this mixture for 5 mins

Now make chutney first.

Take a mixer jar add green chillies, jeera, garlic cloves and salt to it. Add little water and grind it

Now take it out on a bowl and add lemon juice to it.. Chutney is ready

Heat a kadhai and add oil to it.when oil becomes hot drop mixture in small portions and deep fry till it becomes crisp

After that take out on tissue so that extra oil absorbed by tissue..

Serve hot with green chutney, tea or whatever you like.
