Rose Gulkand mousse

Add chilled whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat until double in volume. add rose syrup or red food colour and beat again to mix well.

Now add Gulkand, rose essence and mix well.

Meanwhile melt the white chocolate with double boiler.let it cool at for a while.

Now add melted chocolate in the Cream bowl and mix well.

Drizzle some rose syrup in the serving glass and fill the glass with mousse.keep it in refrigerator to chilled. Delicious rose gulkand mousse is ready to serve.
