Steps

Take semolina in bowl and add water. Mix well and cover it for 7 to 10 minutes.

Add chilli flakes, carom seeds and salt.

Add coriander leaves, green chilli and kasuri methi.

Add boil potatoes and wheat flour.

Knead medium soft dough and apply oil. Give rest to 10 minutes.

Take small portion from dough. Coat with flour and fletan it medium thin.

Deep fry it in hot oil till become golden brown and crisp.
