Putcooker on heat and add deshi ghee then put cumin seeds and asafoetida, crackle it then add chopped tomatoes and bottle gourd, stir it for two minutes.

Add washed rice and moong dal then add salt and two glass of water, cover the lid and cook for two whistle and put off the flame, allow it to cool down.

Open the lid and serve it with Jeera Aloo, curd and roasted papad.
