Ksheeram is an Indian rice pudding made with only three basic ingredients- rice, milk and sugar tossed with dry fruits.

Boil milk. Add rice and cook on low flame till it turn thick and rice gets soften.

It can take 15-20 minutes to get cooked. Now add sugar and stir well and keep stirring to avoid burning.

Keep all dry fruits ready. Chop almonds, pistachio and cashew.

Add all dry fruits, dessicated coconut magaj, coarsely grinded cardamom, saffron strands and keep on stirring and cook for another 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Transfer it in a serving bowl and keep in moon light whole night and then in the morning serve chilled.
