Shakarpara is very tasty, sweet and nutritious as I have made it by using wheat flour, it is cardamom flavored. As winter is approaching fast so I have used sesame which will keep us warm. It is good for hunger pangs and for munching as well.

Shakarpara is very tasty, sweet and nutritious as I have made it by using wheat flour, it is cardamom flavored. As winter is approaching fast so I have used sesame which will keep us warm. It is good for hunger pangs and for munching as well.
Steps

Mix oil in wheat flour and knead it with sugar syrup add some milk if required for making tight dough then add sesame and cardamom powder.

Roll on thick and cut it into small square shape with the help of knife.

Put a kadhai on flame add enough oil to deep fry them on low flame till it turns into golden brown and crisp, it will take 5 - 6 minutes for once, do the same with all.

Allow them to cool down completely and store them in an air tight container and have it whenever you want.This can last for more than a month.
