Ingredients

  1. 2big onion
  2. 5big red tomatoes
  3. 5garlic cloves
  4. 2 inchesginger
  5. Halfcup cashew
  6. 4cardamom
  7. 4 clovesor laung
  8. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tsphing or ASAFETIDA
  10. 2 tbspsalt
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspturmeric
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspblack pepper
  15. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  16. 1 tbspcumin powder
  17. 1 tbspcurry powder
  18. 2bay leaves
  19. 2 tbspheavy cream or hung curd beaten
  20. 2 cupsdiced mushrooms
  21. Halfcup peas or matar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put some butter in a pan and add all the ingredients together.do not add cream,mushrooms and peas

  2. 2

    Add half cup water and cover the utensil.let cook the mixture at medium flame for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Keep checking and after 30 minutes blend smooth the mixture and strain it well to have creamy curry

  4. 4

    Now again take that same pan.again put little butter and pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder then add creamy curry with cream.

  5. 5

    Take a boil and add little water.add mushrooms and peas.boil the curry for 10 minutes around and serve.stay safe stay healthy and happy with my homemade food
