Fish ko namak laga ke 1/2 hour ke liye rakh dein.

1/2 hour ke baad wash karein aur marination ke liye paste tyar krlen.

Marination paste ke liye sabat dhania, safed zeera aur ajwain ko koot lein.

Usmen kutti lal mirch, paprika powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, besan, maida, lehsan ka paste, lemon juice aur cooking oil shamil karein aur mix kar ke paste tyar krlen.

Fish ko cuts laga ke paste ke sath achi trhan massage karein aur 1-2 hours ke liye marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.

Ek karahi lein aur usmen 1 litre cooking oil shamil karein aur high flame par garam karein.

Jab oil garam hojae to flame ko medium-low krden aur fish ko golden brown hone tak deep fry karein aur paper towel pe nikal lein.

Boiled rice ke sath serve karein.
