Ingredients

  • 50 gdried soy bean meat or 1 cup of cooked minced meat
  • 200 gpumpkin
  • 40 gbacon
  • 1Maggie cube
  • 1 teaspoonflour
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • to tastepepper
  • 1egg
  • flour
  • bread crumbs

30 minutes
  1. 1

    This is dried soybean meat. Soak in water for an hour. Drain and squeeze water.

    Cut pumpkin and microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds by 600w. Mash pumpkin.

    Mix bacon and soybean meat. And season with Maggie cube, flour, salt and pepper.

    Divide into 6 pieces and make round shape and flour.

    Put egg and panko bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
