Made this YUMMY Mithai for Diwali Festival.
Steps

Heat a pan add orange pulp and cook till moisture evaporates. Add sugar-3/4 mix well and cook till 2-3 boil stirring continuously. Transfer in a bowl.

Mix milk powder and ghee in a pan add milk mix well start flame and stir continuously on slow flame till mava forms.

Add 1/4_ sugar stirring continuously till dissolves. Add prepared orange compote mix well add,Almond, pista flakes desiccated coconut and cardamom powder.

Mix well and till ghee releases. Transfer in a greased mould and set properly. When it cooled unmould in a plate stick silver leaf and garnish with pista flakes Almonds and orange slices.

YUMMY, Delicious Nagpur Orange Burfi is ready to serve.
