1) Puree the dates until smooth. Set that aside.
2) Heat the pan, until they are warm and comes together as a paste.In one bowl all all ingredients and mix together.Now spread the mixture onto the greased tray. - 2
3) You can add the seeds and nuts, some dry fruits on the top and press them down so that they stick nice and good. roll into desired shapes/ sizes.

4) Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They last more than about 3 weeks.
