This seaweed salad makes a lovely side dish for any rice dish or pop it in a sushi burrito sandwich or as a topper for your avocado toast. #mycookbook
Steps

Soak the seaweed in warm, boiled water for around 15 minutes or until hydrated. Drain the water and rinse and squeeze the excess water
- 2
Finely chop the spring onion, chilli and spring onion. Heat the oil and fry gently over a medium heat until cooked but not brown.

Dress the seaweed in the chilli and garlic dressing.
