Vegan diet is devoid of all animal products, including meat, eggs and dairy. I have made coffee using coconut milk.
Steps

Soak grated coconut in 1 and 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.

Blend grated coconut along with water and strain the liquid using a cloth. Our coconut milk is ready. Keep the milk in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.

Roast white peas on medium flame till it turns brown in colour.

In a mixture jar, add roasted peas and blend well. It should be fine powdered mixture. Our coffee is ready.

Soak dates for 2 hours in water. Add very little water and blend them into a fine paste.

Now take coconut milk in a jug, add 1 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp dates paste and blend well.

Our vegan coffee is ready. Enjoy!!
