  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt use according to taste
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • Few green chillies
  • Thora sa hara dhania
  • For tarka
  • 1 tbspsliced garlic
  • 1 tspzeera
  • Few red sabut mirchen

    Daal ko dho ke Bhigo dein

  2. 2

    Phir pot mein dalen pani ke sath, haldi, lal mirch powder lehson adrak dalen cook karen.

    Palak wash keren, strain karen phir cut karen barek, aap blanch kar ke bhi dal sakhte hain magar phir sabut Palak ko boil karen aur cut bad mein karen sirf few sec boiling water mein dalen aur nikal lein aur tap ka thanda pani dalen strain karen aur cut karen

    Jab daal gal jae to ghot lein salt dalen

    Palak aur 2green chillies daal ke cook karen jab take ke gal jaen.

    Garam masala dalen

  7. 7

    Tarkay ka oil garam karen add lehson, zeera and red sabut mirchen jab brown ho jae to cooked daal Palak pe dalen,

    Ye daal achi tarha ghuti hoti hay

  9. 9

    Chapati, parathey ya dosti roti (rumali roti) ke sath bht achi lagti hay.
