Ingredients

  • 500 gbeef mince
  • 2onions, finelly chopped
  • 2grated carrots (optional)
  • 1 tinpassata + ½ tin water
  • 300 mldouble cream
  • 1beef stock cube
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • Black + white pepper
  • 3 tbspketchup
  • 2 tbsptomato puré
  • 1 tinsweetcorn

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the beef mince and onions and add the remaining ingredients to the pot.

  2. 2

    Cook on the hob for 10-20 minutes or in the slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours (I don't recommend cooking it any longer since it might make the cream curdle).

    Enjoy!
