Ingredients

500 gbeef mince
2onions, finelly chopped
2grated carrots (optional)
1 tinpassata + ½ tin water
300 mldouble cream
1beef stock cube
1 tspgarlic powder
Black + white pepper
3 tbspketchup
2 tbsptomato puré
1 tinsweetcorn

Steps

Fry the beef mince and onions and add the remaining ingredients to the pot.

Cook on the hob for 10-20 minutes or in the slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours (I don't recommend cooking it any longer since it might make the cream curdle).
