In a heavy bottomed pan dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame.

Meanwhile combine gur, ghee, and water in a pan. Cook on medium-low heat stirring frequently, until the jaggery melts completely.(check the consistency, by dropping syrup into a bowl of water, it should form hard ball and cut with a snap sound. else boil for another minute and check.)Turn the heat to low.Add sesame seeds and...Cardamom powder and dry nuts. Mix well.

Grease a plate with ghee and spread the sesame mixture. Spread the mixture in a thin or thick layer. Pat the mixture with a spoon to form an even layer.sprinkal some white till or chop dry fruits

Cut in roughly shape while it is still warm. Let it cool completely and enjoy!! Store in an airtight container and is good for 2-3 weeks.
