Steps

In boiling water add pasta, 01 tsp salt &01 tsp oil.

Stir it and cook to al dente.

Take tomatoes & mark X on them and drop them into water and let it boil.

Add 6-7 dry red chillies along with tomatoes and let it cook for 5-6 min.

Once skin of tomatoes start peeling remove it on plate. Allow them to cool.

Peel off tomatoes skin and put it in blender to make smooth paste

Take a pan add 01 tbsp oil & 01 tbsp butter

Add chopped garlic & chopped onion. Saute it well

Add tomato chilli paste

Add spices- chilli flakes, salt, pepper powder and mixed herbs. (Skip pepper powder if you want less spicy)

Add pasta sauce.stir it and cover for 2-3 min

After 2-3 min open lid and add boiled pasta and mix it well.

Add grated cheese and some more mixed herbs and mix well.

Pasta in red sauce is ready to serve.
