  • 500 gmswintermelon
  • 400 gmsboil milk
  • 1 tspwhole garam masala
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspghee
  • 3 tspgreen chilli
  • 5 tspwhite oil
  • 1bay leaf
  • 4 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    At first,cut the melon into small pieces

    Put oil in pan with whole masalas and melon pieces with green chilli and saute well during 10min.

    Next add all masalas,sugar and salt.saute during 5 min.

    Then,add milk with it and boil for 5min with ghee and garam masala

    Ready it and serve with rice.
