This dish is very nutritious and it is done with minimum ingredients.
Steps

Blanch the spinach and blend it. Keep paneer ready.

Take butter and oil together. Once it is hot, add onion and garlic paste. Once it is saute, add tomato.

Add salt. Mix it well. Add palak puree.
- 4
Let it mix it well. Add paneer. Cook again on low flame for some more time. Serve with Roti or Naan.
