Lahsuniya dhokla
Steps

Take chopper and chop garlic, ginger and green chillies.

Take one bowl add dosa batter, salt. Chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies,coriander and eno. Mix well

Now grease steam plate with oil. Than add batter and pinch of cooking soda mix well. Than sprinkle Red chilli powder And keep it for steam

After few minutes check dhokala is cooked or not if it is cooked then place the plate out and let it be cool for few seconds. Than cut it in diamond shape and apply oil over it.

Not take out dhokla with the help of spatula and serve it
