Ingredients

5-7 minutes
4 servings
  • 15-20idlis (leftover)
  • As requiredOil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • FewCurry leaves
  • Few green chillies, slit
  • 1 tsp.Chana daal
  • 1 tsp. Urad daal
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

5-7 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Idlis into equal, square pieces.

    Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard, both daals, green chillies and curry leaves. Let it crackle.

    Add turmeric powder and Idlis. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix it gently and well.

    Serve hot.
