Ingredients

20 min.
2 peoples
  • 125 gmssabudana (soaked,)
  • 500 gmsmilk
  • 150 gmsSugar /as per taste
  • 1/2tspelaichi (cardamom) powder
  • Dry nuts
  • 9-10Almonds as 4 are grated and rest of chopped in 2pieces of
  • 9-10Cashew half grated
  • 5Pista
  • 9-10Raisins(kismis)
  • 2tspDry coconut, Finely grated and some small slices grated

Steps

20 min.
  1. 1

    Soaked sabudana for 2or 3 hrs.

  2. 2

    Heat milk in a pan,add pre soaked sabudana,stir continually.

  3. 3

    Add cardomom powder and grated slices of coconut

  4. 4

    Cook for 10 min.on medium flame as it get in little thick form and mix properly.stir continually

  5. 5

    Add grated almonds, raisins

  6. 6

    Remove it and add sugar, stir it. Garnish with grated coconut, cashews and almonds.
