One pot peas pulao

#joy
Aromatic and tasty one pot peas pulao from the Punjabi cuisine made with green peas, rice, onions and spices.
I usually pressure cook the green peas pulao, but you can cook the pulao in a pot. If cooking in a pot, then the water quantity should be increased a bit.
This pulao is often made in Punjabi homes. I too make it regularly at home.

Add the cumin seeds along with all the whole spices. Saute till the spices release their aroma and become fragrant.

Chicken Yakhni Biriyani in one pot Chicken Yakhni Biriyani in one pot
Chicken Biriyani needs no introduction. It is not difficult to prepare but is definitely time-consuming. What I present here is a one-pot yakhni biriyani which cooks much faster and is very easy to prepare. This is a Kashmiri dish. Yakhni means broth. So, we first cook the chicken and prepare a broth of it and then in the broth we cook the rice. So, wasting no more time on discussion and history, let's begin cooking.#nonv #biriyani The Epicurean Feast -
Pork and Green Onion Shabu-shabu Nabe (Hot Pot) Pork and Green Onion Shabu-shabu Nabe (Hot Pot)
I really liked the way shabu-shabu was served at a local restaurant, so I added mushrooms and adapted it in my own way. My husband and I both loved it and now whenever we make hot pot, we always make this one.For the green onions, I recommend a soft variety such as Nanpaku, Yawahada, or Hakubijin. If using regular green onions, use only the white parts. Recipe by Kechauru recipe cookpad.japan -
Kashmiri Pulao Kashmiri Pulao
#reststyle - This is a traditional Kashmiri style pulao, loaded with dry fruits and cooked in saffron infused milk. It is a very easy recipe and quite popular in many restaurants. Though it slightly differs from the usual pulao as it has minimum of spices, is slightly towards the sweeter side due to the presence of dry fruits and is non spicy. Few chopped fresh fruits, fried paneer cubes and fried onion may be used to garnish this exotic rich pulao. It can be served along with any veg. / non-veg. side dish or raita. Bethica Das -

Pot Roast - Instant Pot Pot Roast - Instant Pot
How to make Instant Pot pot roast that is so tender, it melts in your mouth. This easy recipe makes ultra-flavorful beef guaranteed to satisfy the entire family. Use an Instant Pot or another brand of electric pressure cooker. The best cuts of beef for pot roast are tougher cuts of meat like chuck, brisket, and round. Baby potatoes are optional. They get very soft and can be served whole or mashed and served alongside the pot roast.FAQ: If you do not have the same size cut of meat as called for in the recipe, assume 20 minutes of cook time for every pound of meat. So a 4-pound roast will need 80 minutes of cook time and a 5-pound roast will need 100 minutes of cook time.Source: https://www.inspiredtaste.net/41089/pressure-cooker-pot-roast/ Tyler Campbell -
Chicken Yakhni Pulau / ইয়াখনি পোলাও (Indian traditional dish) 💛 Chicken Yakhni Pulau / ইয়াখনি পোলাও (Indian traditional dish) 💛
#traditional"Yakhni Pulao" is a very popular North Indian Awadhi Cuisine. Awadhi Cuisine is from the city of Lucknow which is the capital of the state "Uttar Pradesh".It's famous in North India and other countries where it's cooked in different styles with many aromatic spices. The difference between biryani and Yakhni Pulao is that while Yakhni Pulao is made by cooking the meat in with warm aromatic spices in water till the meat is tender, then adding the rice in the meat broth along with meat which is then sealed and cooked over low heat till it's done.Whereas; Biryani, the rice is boiled or parboiled separately in spiced water and then leared with meat curry which is then sealed and cooked.Yakhni Pulao is not spicy like biryani. but very fragrant and delicious to eat.
