Sewiya
Steps

Heat ghee in a wok. Fry almonds and cashews on low heat. Remove it in a plate.

In a same wok roast the sewiya on low flame. Stir continuesly, it should not be burn.

Boil milk in a sauce pan. When milk starts thicken add cardamom powder.

Now add roasted sewiya, sugar and nuts. Cook it on low medium flame for 5-7 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving bowls. Garnish with chopped nuts.
