My favourite part of these pies is the puff pastry, it's flaky and buttery. I make pies as a household snack hence go well with fruits.
Steps

For the Puff pastry::Make dough using flour, water and margarine

Roll your dough flat and place the pastry margarine on top

Do a 3 screen fold twice, put in the fridge for 29 minutes then repeat the 3 screen fold twice. Return in the fridge for 20 min. Then it's ready to use

For the filling:: Boil mince meat until water is drained.

Add onions and spices and mix well. Let it cool

Roll your puff pastry and cut into sheets. Add your mince meat in the middle and cover using a fork

Place in the oven at 150° for 25 mins
