In a kadhai add oil and rai. And add the chopped vegetables except for corn. Cook for 30 sec.

Add haldi powder, red chili powder, and salt cook for another 30 sec.

Add water and let it boil.

Add in the Maggi noodles. As it is or you can crush it too.

When you noodles are half cooked add in the Maggi masala and corn.

Let it cook. You can keep water if you like it soupy or you can cook till you dont see any water. I lie the mix of both. And it's ready. Serve hot.

Note: 1. I like adding masala at the end because I feel it does make some difference.
If you are cooking 2 packets of Maggi. Add in 1 masala sachet with other masalas and the other one at the end.
3.Sometimes I even add 1 pinch of garam masala. It tastes too yum.
