Oil m onion add kar ke light golden kar lein Thori Layer Ke Liya Nikl Lein.

Ab is mein chicken or salt.black pepper sabut add kar ke bhon lein.

Malmal ke kapre ki Potli. garlic.ginger.garam masala or sonf.dhanyia.zeera dal kar band kar chicken m add kar 4 cup water add kar dein.

Jab 15 mint mein water 4 cup sa 2 cup ho jaye to or chicken ke colour change ho jaye to potli nikal dein.

Ab is mein 1 cup Yogurt or green chili paste add kar ke khob bhon le ke oil uper aa jaye.

Ab rice mein tez pat or badyan ke Phool add kar ke boil kar lein. Potato bhi boil kar lein.

Ab ek pot mein layer lagaen rice or phir yakhni masala or sath potato green chili bhi dalen uper brown onion ki dalen.

Note. Zarda ka colour add karen. (ya zarori nahi) magar meray bachy nahi khate mujhe dalna zarori hota hai.

5 mint dum par rakhen ready hai chicken yakhni masala pulao mint raita ke sath serve karen.
