In a pan add 1tbsp ghee, then add 1/2cup semolina, fry for few minutes. Now add 3tbsp grated coconut,1cup khoya, chopped raisin,1/2cup sugar powder, mix well and cook for 5mints. Take another bowl & add 2 cups plain flour, ghee 2tbsp,1pinch salt and mixed well. Make a dough and cover it for 30 minutes.

Roll it and put the stuffing. Grease the edges with water and make gujiya.

Use a fork to make a simple design. Heat oil to fry gujiya.

Tasty gujiya is ready to enjoy.
