First heat ghee in a pan and add gram flour.

Keep roasting on low heat. If the mixture dries, add another tablespoon of ghee.

Fry until the gram flour turns golden brown and granulated. This may take approximately 30 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and allow to cool.

Fry on low heat until the nuts are crispy. Add roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder to the roasted gram flour ghee mixture.

When gram flour cools add powdered sugar.

Make a ball shaped ladoo. Garnish besan laddo with pistachio.
