Take maida n add salt, pepper, cumin and carrom seeds. Add oil for moin.

Bind the dough together. Adding water gradually bind a paratha type dough.

Now make lijam. Mix maida n oil or ghee, whatever you prefer n mix well. Take a small portion of the dough n roll the puri. Roll the rest of the puri too. Add lijam on it.

Spread evenly n sprinkle some flour too. Cover with another puri n repeat the process.

Now, cut the pruri roll into small pieces.

Take each portion n roll into a puri.

Deep fry it on on low to medium flame n enjoy this tea time snack.
