In a big vessel or bowl take Refined flour (maida) add salt black pepper powder carom seeds and ghee and cooking oil.

Mix well with your hands then knead with water make a medium dough.

Cover for 5-10 min then take rolling pad make equal size balls from prepared dove roll a big chapati with a rolling pin make medium size chapati now cut sides edges and then cut into any shape like square or diamond shape.

Put the cuttings in another plate cover with a cloth. Heat up oil in a pan for deep fry add in batches then fry in golden color. Put in an airtight container when they get cool.
