Tired of having same onion pakodas? what about trying some crunchy delicious kaju/cashew nut pakodas this diwali...please do try...you will love it..

Firstly need to soak cashew nuts at least for about 1 or 2 hours to get that crunchy effect

Drain the water add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and all the other masala ingredients including ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, ghee,and give it a good mix

Now add little water at a time & prepare a thick dough not thin and watery
- 4
Pinch out a small portion of the prepared dough, gradually drop the batter in to the deep frying oil pan, fry them in batches on medium flame till golden and crisp, your crunchy delicious kaju/cashew nut pakodas are ready to serve which tastes better than store bought ones..
