Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoftened butter
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 3beaten eggs
  4. 1 Talmond extract
  5. 3 1/2 cupsflour
  6. 1 Tbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1-2 dropsred food color
  9. 2 cupsconfectioners sugar
  10. Milk
  11. 1 tspalmond extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and extract

  3. 3

    Mix and add flour

  4. 4

    Swirl red food coloring through the doigh

  5. 5

    Roll 1 1/2 inch balls on a greased sheet

  6. 6

    Bake 375 deg for 10 to 12 minutes

  7. 7

    For glaze, mix 2 cups confectioners sugar, enough milk to liquefy sugar, almond extract.
