Whisk together olive oil, Cilantro, pepper flakes, cumin, garlic, salt and lime juice in a small bowl.

Coat chicken thoroughly in marinade and refrigerate for two hours.

Grill and chill 😎. If you don't have a grill, sear in oiled skillet for 6 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, and finish in 425 °F oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with white rice.
