Chocolate walnut Brownie

Chop and roast the walnuts.

Chop the dark chocolate.

Add hot butter to this and melt the chocolate.

Now add powdered sugar and make a silky mixture.Add curd well into this and keep it aside.

Sieve separately maida cocoa powder baking powder and baking soda.

Add vanilla essence to the chocolate mix and fold in the dry ingredients.

Fold and mix do not over mix. Add half of the chopped walnuts in here. Adjust the consistency of the batter with 1/4 cup milk or more if needed. It should be like a dosa batter consistency.

Prepare the oven to pre-heat at 180 degrees for ten minutes.

Prepare the cake tin. Line it with parchment paper and cover the paper with butter and cocoa powder.

Pour the brownie mix into the tin and tap three times.

Now top it up with walnut pieces and bake it for 20 to 22 minutes.
