Ingredients

4-5 person
  1. 1medium sized Cauliflower
  2. 250 gmsSpring onion
  3. 5 spoonsBesan
  4. 7-8chopped green chillies
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. as requiredChopped coriander leaves
  8. as requiredOil for frying
  9. As RequiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop Cauliflower & spring onion and wash them properly.

    Drain its full water and put it in a large bowl. Add coriander leaves and green chillies.

    Further add turmeric powder & salt and mix it thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Slowly and gradually add a little water in order to make an almost dry thick batter.

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan. Bring the flame to medium & put the batter in the shape of a small Pakoda one by one in the oil.

    After 2-3 minutes, toss the Pakodas in the pan till it becomes golden brown.

  7. 7

    Take out the Pakodas from the pan & serve with green chutney / Sauce.
