Steps

In a pan, dry roast the coriander seeds, urad dal, Bengal gram, sesame seeds, red chili & curry leaves on medium flame until a nice aroma comes & set aside.

In same pan, heat gingelly oil, add small onions, chopped tomato, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves & salt.. let them fry for 5 Minutes.

Make them all cool. Add dry roasted ingredients & fried ingredients in a jar and Gring them all, add water if required.

In a pan, add a spoon of gingelly oil, then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, a pinch of hing, add this to the chutney.

The Corona Chutney is ready to serve now. Eat well & Stay Healthy.
